Refund policy
Returns and Exchange Policy Effective April 1st, 2021
We only offer Store Credit, We do not Offer Refunds or Exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s within 14 calendar days. Any returns received past this policy will not be accepted. See conditions below:Â
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, scent and makeup free. This includes smoke, deodorant, and perfume scents.Â
- Shoes must be returned in the original box inside of packaging to avoid damage to the shoe box during shipment. Â
- Items not available for return:Â Anything marked over 30% off, Bras, Bralettes, swimsuits, undergarments, Black Friday Deals, Cyber Monday Deals.Â
How to return items:Â
- We do not issue prepaid return labels, you will be responsible for the return costs. Please include your name and order number on the package. We strongly encourage you to insure your return in case the package is lost in delivery during the return process. Â

Damaged or Defective Items:Â Â
We must be notified within 5 calendar days of you receiving the damaged item/s. Please email us at inspiredbyjournee@gmail.com or message Inspired By Journee Facebook Page with pictures of the damage.  Refunds will only be issued for Damaged or defective items. All other returns are for store credit. Â
